Routes of Healing

To heal is to awaken our inner awareness of vitality held along routes worn by those who came before, drawing from roots of wisdom that run deeper than any single paradigm. Rooted in clinical expertise and nourished by ancient wisdom, this is a space to slow down and listen more deeply,  to the body, to personal stories, and to the innate healing intelligence within. An exploration of what becomes possible when science and soul travel the same path, as the spiritual dimension of our lived experience is no longer something to set aside, but something to come home to.

Season 1: Healing for the Healers

Mid-career, women in medicine turn inward to explore our own healing and evolution becoming experts not just through training, but through the longer, harder journey of lived experience. Season 1 of the podcast invites us to listen to women in medicine who are reshaping their stories with courage and authenticity, holding their vision and voice even when stepping beyond traditional paths was not the norm.

This passage of life carries a natural urge to explore, to apply our knowledge through a different set of values, after we have taken the time to unlearn the toxic paradigms that were once modeled to us as the only way.

Join us through Season One as we go deeper with women who are creating, innovating, and healing in medicine thoughtfully and with conviction.
