⸺ PHYSICIAN INCUBATOR · VOICE · AUTHORITY

Medicine

is a public
conversation

Physicians carry the most credible knowledge in our society,  yet the public discourse is increasingly shaped by those with platforms, not those with answers. Vishuddha exists to change that.

The patients who need you most are not in your exam room. They are reading, searching, scrolling waiting for a trustworthy voice t0 cut through the noise.

⸺ THE GAP WE MUST CLOSE

Expertise without presence
is a missed opportunity.

Physicians carry some of the most valuable knowledge in our society. Yet the public conversation about health is dominated by those with platforms — not necessarily those with answers.

The Credibility Crisis

Misinformation fills the spaces where credentialed voices are absent. Your silence, however well-intentioned, is not neutral — it leaves a vacuum that someone else will fill.

The Perfectionism Trap

Medical training rewards precision and penalizes uncertainty. Public communication requires comfort with nuance — a skill most physicians were never taught.

The Visibility Paradox

Decades of expertise and still feeling like an imposter when a camera turns on. This isn't a character flaw. It's a gap in your professional development.

The Platform Problem

Most visibility advice assumes you want to be a health influencer. You don't. You want to contribute meaningfully — on your own terms, in your own voice.

⸺ HOW IT WORKS

A philosophy of

iterative visibility.

We don't believe in big launches or viral moments. We believe in building a body of work, consistently, authentically, with clinical rigor that compounds over time.

01

VOICE

Excavate Your Voice

Before communicating with authority, you must understand what you actually believe and why it matters beyond your clinical role.

02

STRUCTURE

Build the Container

Sustainable structures for consistent creation and expression small, practical rituals that fit a physician's schedule without requiring a life overhaul.

03

This is not for everyone.

Vishuddha is most meaningful for women physicians committed to evidence, motivated by service rather than celebrity, and willing to be genuinely vulnerable in the process of becoming visible.

If that sounds like you, we'd love to talk.

What your colleagues have said...

Dr. Siri Chand's authenticity and ability to expand space with warmth and honesty and acceptance changed my life. She teaches meaningful connection and mindful living in a way that is accessible to everyone and applicable to all lives. She brings gratitude to us and teaches us to cultivate grace and gratitude in our own experiences and importantly, with ourselves. I feel nourished, lighter, and fuller after time spent with her and committed to being present and intentional in my life. I’m honored and grateful for Dr. Siri Chand. Jump in.

LG, Integrative Physician

The experiential learning opportunities were my favorite part of the course. The Mindfulness, Cooking and Yoga live classes allowed for an embodied and deeper appreciation of the specific themes each week. The experts she invited to the course were exceptionally knowledgeable Ayurveda practioners. Several profound and beautiful insights emerged for me through these experiential sessions that helped me to envision what a balanced life might be for me. As I journey forward, I look forward to deepening the practices I have learned!

VISHUDDHA PHYSICIAN INCUBATOR · COHORT PROGRAM

A word from our founder,
Dr. Siri Chand Khalsa MD MS

I built Vishuddha because brilliant women were doing important work without the infrastructure to be heard. Most of us don't have a marketing team behind us. We are in midlife, tending to many things evolving at once.

What we do have is each other. This community exists so we can find each other, learn from each other's worlds, and amplify what we are each building — together.

Board-certified in integrative medicine. Trained in Ayurveda, culinary medicine, and mindful leadership. Still learning. Still showing up.
