Medicine
is a public
conversation
Physicians carry the most credible knowledge in our society, yet the public discourse is increasingly shaped by those with platforms, not those with answers. Vishuddha exists to change that.
The patients who need you most are not in your exam room. They are reading, searching, scrolling waiting for a trustworthy voice t0 cut through the noise.
Expertise without presenceis a missed opportunity.
A philosophy of
expanding visibility.
This journey is not about a huge launch or striving for viral moments. This is about building a body of work, consistently, authentically, with clinical rigor that compounds over time. We also explore ways to monetize the work you are providing through a variety of pathways.

What your colleagues have said...
I met Siri Chand at a pivotal moment in my career - I was opening my own lifestyle medicine practice after working for more than a decade as a full-time primary care doctor. It was an exciting but challenging transition, requiring significant unlearning and recalibration. Despite intentionally seeking supportive environments, I still felt pressure to show up in a certain way.
Siri Chand immediately understood both my professional background and the deeper personal journey that accompanies stepping into independent, values-aligned work. She normalized what I was experiencing and helped me bring clarity, logic, and self-compassion to a time that felt overwhelming and uncertain. Siri's integrative, thoughtful approach allowed me to make sense of this transition in a way I truly don’t believe I could have done alone.
Working with Siri Chand has been both grounding and transformative as I build my own path as a lifestyle medicine physician. She continues to support me with insight, encouragement, and a clear, pragmatic framework that helps me move forward with confidence. I am deeply grateful that our paths crossed and look forward to continuing our work together.
I wholeheartedly recommend her to any physician or professional seeking aligned, integrative support during a period of transition or growth.

"I have had the privilege of knowing Dr. Siri Chand Khalsa for nearly five years, and it’s not an exaggeration to say that she has had a profound impact on both my professional path and personal growth."
I first met her while attending an Ayurvedic course for physicians. Ayurveda is a beautifully complex system, yet Siri Chand brought it to life in a way that felt intuitive, organized, and deeply meaningful. I remember being struck not only by how thoughtfully she distilled such intricate concepts, but also by how visually engaging and immersive her curriculum and cooking sessions were. Even more than her skill as a teacher, it was her presence that stayed with me—warm, kind, and genuinely curious. I felt seen as a learner in a way that is rare.
Over the years, each time I have had the opportunity to hear her speak, I’ve been reminded of her extraordinary ability to truly understand physicians—where we feel stuck, what we long for, and what often goes unspoken. She has a gift for gently illuminating a path forward, offering insights and shifts that feel both practical and deeply aligned with who we are.
More recently, being part of the community Siri Chand created through Vishuddha has been incredibly meaningful to me. Her coaching sessions are more than just guidance—they are a space for reflection, honesty, and transformation. She holds that space with such care and intention, allowing physicians to explore their vision and move toward it with clarity and confidence.
Working with her has been transformative. She took the time to truly understand my values, my hesitations, and the quiet pull I felt toward something different. With patience, insight, and encouragement, she helped me see what was possible and supported me as I found the courage to make a meaningful shift in my career. That change has brought me a level of joy and fulfillment I hadn’t thought was possible.
Dr. Siri Chand Khalsa is truly a gift to physicians—a “doctor whisperer” in the most genuine sense. She sees people deeply, meets them where they are, and helps guide them toward where they are meant to be. I will always be grateful for her guidance, her wisdom, and the lasting impact she has had on my life.

Siri Chand enabled me to focus on creating my social media presence which was about 80% of her brilliant coaching and 20% of shaping my mindset for this new business and new world visibility. She enabled me to learn social media skills of video creation, mastering platforms like Instagram, Tik Tok, and Facebook. I was very naive and not aware of these platforms' utility in business creation and passion sharing. She was incredible in her skills as a very creative, imaginative being in building graphics and easy communication strategies. She introduced me to Canva and how to start Email campaigns. She also helped me create my first online webinar marketing project about my niche topic. The qualities I appreciate about Siri Chand, M.D are that she is objective, clear, concise, exceptionally warm, caring, kind, and holds space for you through this process all along. She was always there to answer my obstacles either via text messaging, video chats, zoom calls, and phone audio calls. Her commitment for me to succeed, learn and grow was shining through her work. I was able to open up my mind easily with her about all my mindset challenges, my barriers, my limiting beliefs in growing the business, and my credible image on the world stage of social media. She was very compassionate, understanding, and not once judgemental of the naivety of my social media skills.Siri Chand has an innate ability to combine ancient wisdom and modern medicine and engage with individuals in a unique and transformative way. She seamlessly provides education and individualized care while exemplifying best practices, allowing one to receive what good medicine should truly encompass.

I built Vishuddha because brilliant women were doing important work without the infrastructure to be heard. Most of us don't have a marketing team behind us. We are in midlife, tending to many things evolving at once.
What we do have is each other. This community exists so we can find each other, learn from each other's worlds, and amplify what we are each building — together.
Board-certified in integrative medicine. Trained in Ayurveda, culinary medicine, and mindful leadership. Still learning. Still showing up.
